Shawlands Farm has been home to a number of companies since Tony Garner converted the out-buildings into small office units in the late 80s.  These now house a wide variety of businesses, several of whom have been in situ since the initial conversions over 30 years ago!

The farm itself is also home to a tenant farmer who lovingly looks after his flock of nearly 400 sheep and tends to the farm as if it were his own, taking care of the fencing, hedges and general upkeep.

The Shawlands philosophy is to a create a working environment that makes it a place individuals and companies enjoy coming to each day. We want it to be more than just a place of work and want to differentiate it from the business parks.
